This sauce is a big heat at my home. Personally I like it very much because of it's sweet and tangy flavour. Best time to make it in between December - March.

This sauce is a big heat at my home. Personally I like it very much because of it's sweet and tangy flavour. Best time to make it in between December - March.

Wash rinse and dry red chilies.

Chop these chilies and make a puree by adding very little water.

Now heat a heavy bottom pan and mix everything in that. Keep the flame medium to low.

Stir in between. Cook for 20 minutes or till the mix forms semi thick consistency..

Don't make it thick because the sauce will thicken automatically afrer it cools.

Once it cools. it is ready.. Keep in the bottle. You can also store it in fridge.
