Ingredients

  • 9-10Pulpy fresh chilies -
  • 1 1/4 cupVinegar -
  • 2 tablespoonGarlic -
  • 1.5- 2 CupSugar - (Adjust according to taste)
  • 2 tablespoonGarlic finely chopped -

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rinse and dry red chilies.

  2. 2

    Chop these chilies and make a puree by adding very little water.

  3. 3

    Now heat a heavy bottom pan and mix everything in that. Keep the flame medium to low.

  4. 4

    Stir in between. Cook for 20 minutes or till the mix forms semi thick consistency..

  5. 5

    Don't make it thick because the sauce will thicken automatically afrer it cools.

  6. 6

    Once it cools. it is ready.. Keep in the bottle. You can also store it in fridge.
