Steps

Chop the chicken legs into proper chunks and cook them in a boiled water pan for 5 minutes. Drain the water and leave it aside. Get another pan, add in sesame oil to fry the ginger slices.

Add in garlic, spring onion and chilli.

Add in and fry the chicken chunks.

Add in the seasonings and simmer the chicken until the sauce getting thicker.

Sprinkle in some basil and mix well before serving. Enjoy. 😋
