Steps

Soak tamarind and jaggery in water.

Once the jaggery dissolve and tamarind becomes soft and pulpy drain the mixture through drainer.

Add water if need to clean the tamarind.

Pour the watery mixture into the deep pan /kadai and put it on med flame.

Once the boil starts put all the spices and make them boil till it comes at desired consistency.

Once it cool down put it in aur tight container.
- 7
You can consume this next 6 months.
