Firstly soak dal 4-5 hrs& then blend it. Then beat up with hands till it became puffy then take small balls of better and fry.

Put imalee into boiling water when water temp. Cools down then take imali pulp and put it into jar and grind it.seave it and put it into pan and cook for a while and put some salt,pepper,blck salt,hing,jaggery,jeera powder.when it became little thick turn of the flame.

Seave the curd and add some powdered sugar in it.

Take a bowl and put bhalle in it pour some chutney and dahi on it some onion potatoes chat masala salt and black pepper, jeera powder.

Ready to serve
