Ingredients

  • 1 cupcorn
  • 1 cupchopped carrots and green peas
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 1 tspginger
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  • 1 tbspcornflour

  1. 1

    Grind corn leaving some corns aside. Heat oil saute ginger and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add green peas, carrots and corns(which we kept aside). Saute for 1-2 mins. Add the ground corn paste. Saute it.

  3. 3

    Then add water. Boil it on high flame. Make a thin paste of cornflour and water. Mix well. Add it to the soup. Allow it to boil.

  4. 4

    Remove the soup in a serving soup bowls, sprinkle white pepper powder. Enjoy it hot hot immediately.
