Raw banana pakora
Steps

Peel the skin of raw banana. Slice them slightly thick. Keep it in water.

Heat the oil in a pan on low flame.

Meanwhile in large mixing bowl take besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, hing, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain. Mix well.

Add enough water to make a smooth paste. Add baking soda. Mix well.

Wipe or pat dry these soaked slices. Dip banana slices into the batter. Coat with batter on both sides.

Gently put it in a pan. Deep fry on both sides till it becomes golden brown and crisp. Drain it on tissue paper.

Serve hot pakora with sauce or green chutney.
