Ingredients

30 minutes
3 person
  • 1bowl soya chunks
  • 1tbsp.Oats
  • 1bowl peas, carrot, coriander, fenugreek
  • 1cup Birsto (fried onion)
  • 1/2cup par boiled masoor dal
  • 1/2cup boil mung
  • 1cup capsicum tomato puri
  • 1tsp.kasuri methi
  • 1tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 1cup curd
  • 1tsp.coconut oil
  • 1cup peanut
  • 1tbsp.Ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp.chopped green chilli
  • 1tbsp.desi ghee
  • 1cheese cube
  • Dry spices;salt hing,turmeric powder, chilli powder,curry masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all soak the soya chunks and Oats in warm water for 10 minutes in different bowl and keep it beside.and after 10 minutes roughly churn soya chunks.In a bowl take curd and add all dry spices

    Take a non-stick pan add coconut oil and add all ingredients.when tomato cooked properly add masala curd and cook it for 5 minutes and then add crushed Soya chunks and mix it well.add water and cook it for 10 minutes cover it with a lead.

    When keema absorb all water then add lemon juice and mix it well and garnish with ghee, coriander leaves and cheese then serve it with sesame seeds.
