Ingredients

  1. Dough:
  2. 14 slicesbread
  3. 4 tbspMilk powder
  4. Milk - enough to knead
  5. Syrup:
  6. 4-5 tbspsugar
  7. 1ground cardamon
  8. 2 cupswater

    Cut up the bread slices into cubes.

    Add the milk powder and enough milk to knead the bread into a soft dough.

    Roll them into small lemon sized balls.

    Deep fry the balls to golden brown.

  5. 5

    To make the sugar syrup, Dissolve sugar and ground cardamon in 2 cups of water, boil boil until it's reduced by half.

    Immerse the fried balls in the syrup.

    Serve hot and enjoy!!
