Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsfresh khoya(mava)
  2. 50 gmsmaida
  3. Pinchorange colour
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1 tbspchopped cashew nut
  6. 500 gmssugar
  7. 500 mlwater
  8. 1 tbspmilk
  9. 250 gmspure ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add sugar and water dissolve it give 5 to 6 boil than add milk in it to clean the chashni.

    After chashni is cleaned take one boil and off the flame.

    Take mava mash it till smooth, now add maida in it again mash it.Make desire size balls.

    Mix chopped cashew nuts sugar and colour.

  5. 5

    Take a ball put little chopped cashew nuts.Again make smooth ball without any crack. Make all balls like this.

    Now hot the ghee now off the flame after few seconds add 2 or 4 gulabjamun in ghee slowly.

    Now shake the ghee with poniya on the flame slow.Fry all gulabjamun till golden brown.

    Take all gulab jamun from ghee to chashni.. Dip in chashni one by one. Keep all for 2 to 3 hours.Now serve hot.

    Gulab jamun are ready to serve.
