Cut bread slices into small cubes.

In a pan toast bread cubes until crispy.

In a sauce add butter and sugar. Stir continiously until sugar melts on low flame.

Add baking soda and vanilla essence and mix until well combined.

Turn off the flame, add toasted bread cubes and coat well.

In a baking tray spread caramel bread popcorns and let them cool completely.

Serve and enjoy.
