First take a pan, add little 2tsp oil, onion, carrat, capsicum fry together for 1 minute. Don't get brown colour. Immediately transfer to mixing bowl and again same procedure for cabbage for 1minute and transfer to mixing bowl together.

Second In the mixing bowl, add salt, half lemon juice, pepper powder, homemade mayonnaise and mix well together, close the bowl and keep separate.

Third for shawarma dough, take a big vessel. Add maida, dry instant yeast, sugar, salt, oil, water and make a soft dough. Add oil in the dough last for not to dry and close. Rest for 1 1/2 hour

Fourth After finishing rest. Take dough balls make a chappati size in medium thickness. NOTE: The shawarma base should be medium thickness. Then only it will comes soft base

Fifth take a chappati pan and fry it like a chappati with each base fry 1tsp oil. Note: Don't add more oil. The little bubble will comes and turn the shawarma base another side. Both side cook finish then keep separate all bases

Sixth shallow fry the marinate paneer or chicken and keep separate. Now we apply the shawarma. Take cooked base one, apply mayonnaise like given below the picture, next apply mixing veggies in the corner of the base, next frozen french fries and apply fried paneer or chicken. Then roll it slowly and finally take butter paper half shawarma roll it tightly and tight the butter paper one side corner and serve it. Wow yummy 😋

Only cook veg mixing, shawarma base, paneer for fry and french fries that's it. Very easy to cook shawarma at home dears
