Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2 persons
  • 100 gramMutton
  • 2large Tomatoes
  • 2Onions
  • 2 tspOil for cooking
  • 1/2 teaspoonKasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoonFresh Garam masala powder
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 1 tablespoonDesiccated coconutpowder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tastered chilli powder and salt

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add in mutton, chopped onions, tomatoes all spices & oil. leaving coriander leaves & coconut powder, Garam masala powder

    Once added all ingredients add a glass of water cover it & let it cook till 3-4 whistles

    Uncover the lid & fry till oil separates then add Garam masala powder,coriander leaves & desiccated coconut powder add half cup of water adjust the consistency you like then cook for five minutes open & it’s ready...!!
