Wash liver and put in water add vinegar and leave 30 minutes.

Drain liver.
Add yoghurt and all spices (red chilli, sabut dhanya, zeera, haldi) marinate for 30 minuts - 3
Cooking time approximate 30 minute.
In karhai add oil, onion fry to light golden
Add ginger garlic swtay it add marinated mixture and mix well
Now add chop tomatoes mix well (Until the tomatoes are melted) it's coverd for 5 minuts
Now add black pepper, garam masala, kastori methi, green chilli, dhanya, lemon,mix lightly. And cover it. Off flame. It's done. - 4
Garnish it.
