In a wok, ad oil. When heated up, saltay chopped onions and garlic granules. Add thinly sliced peppers, and allow to cook. Then add spinach, and cook.

In a bowl, and in eggs and seasoning, then beat (*optional add a little bit of milk).

Add mackerel to the cooked vegetables and cook for a little while, then pour eggs.

Slowly cook and fold eggs, until fully cooked

Add mayonnaise to wraps, then put eggs on top, (*optional add ketchup or hot sauce) and fold into a Burrito.

Then you are finished, enjoy!!!
