In a flat bottom Pan dry roast the wheat flour for few minutes.

Then add ghee as required and keep mixing.

Keep adding ghee slowly as flour changes colour and gives out Aroma.

Stire this mixture for almost 25 to 30 minute.

Add dessicated coconut and mix well stir for 5 minutes more.

Add jaggery and stir fast turn off the gas and keep stiring till jaggery melts.

Grease the tray and spread the mixture evenly garnish with chopped Almonds and pistachios cut it and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
