Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl including the lemon zest(finely grated lemon peel)

Mix the liquid ingredients in a seperate bowl

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones and thoroughly mix to form a near lumpless butter (if butter is too thick, add little bit of water or milk and stir)

Cover your butter with a damp kitchen cloth and let it settle for about 15minutes

Heat a non stick pancake pan and pour the butter using a ladle allowing it to cook under very low heat until bubbles form on the top surface then flip it over to cook the other side

Serve with your preferred beverage
