2 cupsRice
1/2 cupurad dal
2 tspPoha
2 tspSago
1/4 tspBaking soda
1 tspSalt

Steps

Wash rice, dal, poha, sago, well soak for 6 to 8 hours. Add all Grind smooth idli batter. Keep it for 8 to 12 hours for fermentation. (Overnight).

Add salt to idli batter.

Apply oil to idli plates pour the batter and steam for 15 minutes.

Enjoy with sambhar.
