  • For Salad Dressing
  • 1medium avocado
  • 1/4 cupnaturally fermented cream
  • 1/4 cupmilk or water
  • To tasteherbal salt
  • For Salad
  • 1/4medium cabbage
  • 1medium carrot
  • 1/2a big green capsicum
  • To tasteherbal salt

  1. 1

    For the salad, julienne the cabbage and capsicum and grate the carrot. Mix together and season with herbal salt.

  2. 2

    For the salad dressing, put all ingredients in a blender and blend.

  3. 3

    Mix the salad with as much salad dressing as desired.

  4. 4

    Serve with your choice of chips.
