Steps

In a large vessel cook penned pasta with some water and salt and oil.Cook for 10 mints till they are soft.

Now drain the pasta and keep aside.

Boiled tomato and whole chilli for 5 mints and blend to smooth puree.

In a pan heat the butter and add garlic,onion, capsicum and saute it.

Add tomato puree and saute for 5 mints. Add pepper powder,salt,tomato sauce,olives and mix well.

Add boiled pasta,cover and cook for 5 mints.Red sauce pasta is ready and garnishing with chilli flakes.

Ready to serve.

Serve hot.
