Ingredients

20 minutes

4 persons

1 cupWhipped cream
1 cupSour cream
1 cupDesiccated coconut
Fruit cocktail 1 small tin (fresh fruits can be used)
Mandarin 1tin (I used fresh one)
Cherries for topping

Whipp the cream to get stiff peaks.

Add whipped cream, sour cream and coconut in a bowl. Mix well.

Drain the tinned fruits well. Add fruits including mandarin in the cream mixture. Mix generously.

Top with cherries and serve chilled.
