In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Make a soft dough with help of curd.

Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Again knead the dough for 1 minute. Roll out the dough into rectangle shape.

In a bowl make filling. Spread the filling on the rolled out dough.

Give a book fold to it cut into 6 pieces.

Give them a desired shape and set in cake tin.

Heat the kadai and place a plate in it. Transfer the mould in it. Cover it on low flame

Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes until brown on the edges.

Allow them to cool. Serve with chocolate frosting.
