Take a Kadhai or Pan add 1 Spoon Desi Ghee heat for 1 min then add Makhana 150 gm heat for medium flame for 5 min then cool it down and grind in a grinder and make a Powder.

Now in a Container boil 2 litre full Cream Milk then add Makhana Powder into it and mix well and heat for 2 min then add Half Cup Kesar Milk, Sugar 1 Cup mix well and Cook it.

Now Makhana Kheer Stir Continuously on medium flame for 20-25 min til the Kheer Becomes thick,Take out from flame Serve it hot to the Bowl,your Delicious Makhana Kheer is Ready to Enjoy
