Ingredients

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 1 cupsugar (for sugar syrup)
  3. 1 1/2 cup water
  4. as neededMilk
  5. 2 pelaichi (cardamom)
  6. As neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the edges of bread and break into pieces.

  2. 2

    Add little milk at a time, make a soft dough. Take a portion from the dough and make small balls. Ready for deep frying.

    Take a pan, add sugar, water, cook for 5 mins on low flame. Let it boil, cook for another 5 mins on low flame.

    For deep frying: Heat oil in a kadhai, place bread balls and fry till golden brown on medium flame. Take them out in tissue paper as shown.

    Dip bread balls in sugar syrup and cook for 3 mins on low flame. Bread Gulab jamun is ready to eat. Enjoy!!!
