Mix powder milk with, all-purpose flour, semolina, ghee, baking powder. Make a dough adding cold milk at a time. Once dough is ready give a shape of jamun.

In a pan add oil and fry the jamu in low flame. Once it colour change to dark remove it from pan and let it cool. Make a sugar syrup with 1 cup water and 1 and half cup of sugar. Once syrup is semi thick add the jamun.

Cooked the jamun in high flame for 10 minutes, then lower the flame and cooked it for another 10 minutes. Black jamun is ready.

Now for rabri in a pan add 1 ltr of milk and keep on stirring. Add chopped dry fruits. When milk becomes half ltr add sugar as per taste. Reduce the flame keep stirring and let the milk become thick. Rabri is ready. Once rabri cold add the black jamun and serve.
