when you add turmeric powder add just two drops of lemon at a time then it becomes a good yellow colour and at last you add left lemon juice if you want.

Steps

Heat oil then add mustard seeds, cuminseeds,moong daal,green Chilli curry leaves and then semolina. Roast 3 to 4 minutes.

Now I do turmeric powder and lemon juice then add hot water.

Cook until or water soaked semolina then add left lemon juice and chopped cilantro and serve hot.

When you add turmeric powder add lemon juice compulsory that it's colour become nicely yellow.
