Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 cupkewpie mayo
  • 1 tbspsmall capers
  • 1 tbspshallot
  • 3 sprigstarragon
  • 1/2lemon juiced
  • 6 sliceshamburger pickles or 3 gerchins

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the mayo

  2. 2

    Fine mince the shallot and add

  3. 3

    Fine chop the capers and pickles together and add

  4. 4

    Add juice of half a lemon

  5. 5

    Mince three sprigs of tarragon

  6. 6

    Salt to taste and whisk well and stir for a few hours or overnight
