Preheat the oven to 375°

Pound and season chicken breasts on both sides

Take a pan and sear chicken breasts. Sear each side for 3-5 minutes.

Place chicken breasts on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Cucumber-tomato-onion salad: Dice 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, and 1/2 an onion. Place in a contain with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and shake. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook saffron rice according to directions add as a side along with tzatziki and hummus.
