1 cupbesan
1 cupmilk
1 cupdesiccated coconut
3/4 cupsugar
Pinchyellow colour
as required Pistachio for garnishing
4-5 spoonsghee

Mix coconut & milk & grind.

In a pan take ghee & besan roast till it changes colour or smell starts coming

Add sugar cook for 3 to 4 mints.

Add coconut mixture cook till it becomes thick like a dough.

Add colour & let it cool.

Make peda & garnish with pistachio.
