1 bowlaata (wheat flour)
As neededghee

1/2 bowlsugar

Steps

Take a pan add ghee, wheat flour (aata)and roast it and stir continuously till golden brown.

Now add water and cook it for 1-2 mints.Now add sugar and mix it and turn off the flame.

Now aata halwa is ready to serve.
