Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 1.5 cupsChicken boneless
  • 1 canPineapple titbits
  • 3/4 cupSweet corns
  • 4 tbspMayo
  • 2 tbspcream
  • 1 tbspCastor sugar
  • pinchSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into small pieces and simply boil it till tender and completely dry.

  2. 2

    Cool it and add in pineapple chunks, sweet corns too.

  3. 3

    Make dressing separately by mixing mayo, cream, sugar and salt very well.

  4. 4

    Mix dressing into chicken mixture. Put into serving platter and chill before serving.
