Steps

Roast Dalia in kadai with little oil till light golden brown and keep aside.cut carrot onion and beans.

Now add oil in kadai add both soaked Dal and fry.add black sarso then curryleaves.

Add onion and green chilli fry it now add carrots and peas add salt and beans and tomatoes.cook till all vegetables become soft.

Now add roasted DALIA and ghee mix it well with vegetables.
- 5
Now add 2 & half cup of water boil.cover it and cook for 5 min. Stir well and your healthy Dalia upma is ready

Garnish it with dhania leaves and sev bhujia.#toddlertantrums
