I was looking for a refreshing coffee to start the hot summer mornings off with and found this one on the Folgers Coffee website.

I used to work in a fancy coffee shop, and being college aged, I don't have a bunch of coffee-related appliances around. So, I combined my knowledge of artisan coffee with the complications of making it at home and came up with this recipe!

The morning this was published I ran out of regular coffee and only had instant coffee left. Knowing that instant coffee isnt the best around, I looked around the kitchen to see what I had to make it better. It came out really good and wanted to share.

Tried to make filter coffee at home without the machine! It tasted pretty good. Also, once you have filter coffee, the starbucks and ccd's will stop tasting good.
