Steps

Take Cashew in a grinderjar and make powder.do not grind at once.just grind Slowly Slowly.then strain the Cashew Mixture with the Steve.

Again grind the remaining Cashew Mixture and grind again to make fine Powder.

Now fine Cashew Mixture is Ready.take a Pan add sugar and water and just to Boil till sugar melts in water.here we not need to make one strain sugar syp.just to Boil for few minutes.

When water Boiled add Cashew Mixture gradually and mix well.

Now mix Well the mixture in the sugar Syrup. keep Stirr.

Now mix Desi ghee in the paste and mix well.keep stirr until paste release the sides of the Pan.

Now Cashew Paste is ready.roast well.

Now let's the paste cool in the pan through beating the mixture.now take the paste on the plastic sheet.

With the help of the palm Knead the paste well to make dow.

Now Dow is Ready.Rolls the Dow.

Rolls the Dow and make thick Ractangular shape structure of the Dow.

Removes the sides of the Rolled dow.apply silver verk on upper side.then cuts in pieces like Burfi shape.

Now Kaju Katli is Prepared.
