Steps

In pan add oil then add chops & fry it for good 5 min on high flame.

Then add ginger garlic paste & again fry on medium flame for 5 min add 1/4th cup water..

Cut tomatoes into half..

Place tomatoes on fried chops add 2 Cup full water & cook till it tender.. add water in between..

When chops become soft & tender add black pepper powder,cumin seeds, red chilli & bhoonify on high flame.

Beat yougart & add in chops again cook till all oil separates at this stage add 6 whole green chillies, jullien cut ginger & put on dum for 5 min..

Now serve with nan..
