First prepare beef mince for koftas.add all spices and roasted chickpea powder in beef mince mix well.set aside

Boil 4 eggs

Now prepare masala.add oil in pan add onion fry until light brown add g g paste add spices above-mentioned add 2 tbsp water.fry for 1 minute add tomatoes and green chilli paste cover on low heat for 8 minutes

Now add beef mince by wraping on boiled egg.make balls of nergisi kofta.

Now add in oil and deep fry until golden.

Now open lid of masala when tomatoes tender and mix well.add 3 cup of water.let it boil

When boiled add prepared fried koftas.cover and cook for 30 minutes until water evaporates and oil sarates.

Now add water of your desired gravy.let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes

Now remove koftas.cut into two halves add gravy in bowl and set koftas.sprinkle some fresh dhania.
