Ingredients

40 min for baking
4 people
  • dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • pinchsalt
  • wet ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil / melted butter
  • 1 cupcurd
  • other ingredients
  • 1 tsplemon zest
  • 3/4 cuppowdered rock sugar
  • as neededmilk
  • as neededblack current (dried or raw)
  • for glaze
  • 3 tsprock sugar powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 3 tbspwater

Steps

40 min for baking
  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients mentioned above and shift well. In another bowl add wet ingredients along with powdered rock sugar, and mix well. Adjust the batter with extra milk if needed.

    Into this add black currant mix again and pour the batter in a oil greased baking pot or foil and bake it until done. Meanwhile make the glaze for cake

    After baking is done keep the cake out of the oven when little warm brush the glaze over the cake.

    And ready just cut pieces and serve..:)
