Balsamic Braised Mushrooms

I love mushrooms! Unfortunately I do not see variety of them here. So I cooked different way this time. I like to have these with melted gouda and rocket salad, but it's good for sandwiches or even by itself!

I love mushrooms! Unfortunately I do not see variety of them here. So I cooked different way this time. I like to have these with melted gouda and rocket salad, but it's good for sandwiches or even by itself!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean your mushrooms and slice them into 1/4 inch (7mm) thick.
- 2
Mix wine, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic P and salt. Set aside.
- 3
Heat butter and olive oil and put your mushrooms in a frying pan on medium low heat. I used garlic powder this time, but you can use fresh garlic instead. In that case, throw your garlic in your oil.
- 4
Stir fry them until they get tender and show their juice. Then add balsamic vinegar mixture. Continue to cook down the juice until it gone.
- 5
Serve warm! I should've sprincled parsley!!

All-Purpose Balsamic Sauce with Mushrooms All-Purpose Balsamic Sauce with Mushrooms
I love the flavor of balsamic. There are no special tips since you just need to mix the ingredients together. The sauce itself may seem too rich and salty when you taste it, but once it's mixed with other ingredients, it'll be perfect.I like lighter flavors myself, so if you're the same, I think you'll enjoy this. Marinated Mushrooms Marinated Mushrooms
I got some requests for easier ways to make big batches of cooked vegetables to use in other dishes, so I came up with this. It's really convenient to buy lots of mushrooms and marinate them since you'll have them on hand.Of course, these are good in pasta or salads. They're really good for kenchin soups or simmered dishes too!Remove the stems from the mushrooms, and pull them apart without washing them. If you wash them, they'll get soggy. If they're dirty, you can lightly wipe them off with a paper towel. Feel free to use olive oil instead of vegetable oil, if that's what you'd prefer. The dish will turn out delicious either way. Please adjust the amount of pepper to taste. Recipe by Hokutokinoko cookpad.japan -

Sautéed Chicken Balsamico with Lots of Mushrooms Sautéed Chicken Balsamico with Lots of Mushrooms
Balsamic vinegar combined with soy sauce or oyster sauce makes a versatile sauce for everyday use. It's also great to make a side dish that goes well with rice. So, here's my try on using it with my regular dish.-Please cook constantly over high heat.-If you're not a fan of butter, you can omit it completely and the dish will still taste delicious. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Raby cookpad.japan
