Ingredients

  • 2 lbPackage of Chicken Thighs (about 6)
  • 2 lbchicken Drums (about 6)
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspseasoning salt
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 clovegarlic cloves
  • 1 can(6 ounce ) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cupchicken broth
  • 2/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 1/4 cupthinly sliced green onions

Steps

    Cook chicken in Olive oil in a hot skillet medium heat until slightly brown on all sides, chopped garlic to skillet Saute over medium heat for two minutes. Add tomato paste,1/2 cup chicken broth, stirring loosen from skillet. Add 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar and 3 tablespoons

    Of honey on medium heat bring glaze to a simmer, cook uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is done, spoon glaze mixture over chicken and sprinkle with green onions.
