I think this is one of the biggest festival of sindhi's called Thadri, which is celebrated all over the world. On this day they cook many traditional recipes.everything is prepared one day ago. They didn't eat anything hot on this day because they didn't lit fire.it is also using as a snacks or when we are on a long tour . it's stay good for 15-20 days.
