Ingredients

30 min
15 croquet
  • 2 tablespoonsmilk
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 2egg yolk beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoonchopped green onion
  • 4 cupmashed potato
  • 3 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  • 1egg beaten
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk, salt, pepper, chopped onion, beaten egg yolks and flour to mashed potatoes

  2. 2

    Chill and then shape using an ice cream scoop

  3. 3

    Dip in the beaten egg, then roll through bread crumbs

  4. 4

    Fry each croquette in shallow oil until brown on all sides.
