Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsalmond flour
  2. 3 table spoonolive oil
  3. 1 table spoondried rosemary
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 table spoonyeast
  6. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1 tea spoonsugar (optional)
  8. 1/4 cuplukewarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    In the lukewarm water add yeast and wait for 10 mins to activate yeast.

  2. 2

    Add aforesaid ingredients and mix with the yeast water and keep it in room temperature for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Make the dough in a baguette and keep it in oven safe tray with the greased butter paper. preheat oven to 350 c and bake for 30-40 mins depending on the ovens performance, let it cool for 10-15 mins and make slices and serve homemade warm baguette.
