Firstly take a pan and add oil as oil heats up at mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste then add mashed potatoes and mix all the species in it and then make ball sized aloo patties.

Then make besan batter using ingredients above.

Now dip aloo patties in besan batter and fry them in hot oil.Fry until it turns into golden yellow. And your aloo bonda is ready serve them with fried chillies and mint chutney.
