Soak Rice, urad dal,poha, fenugreek seeds for 8 hours.Grind the mixture and again keep for fermentation for almost 6 to 8 hours.

Grease the idli stand with oil Add salt to idli batter and pour it in idli mould and Decorate idli with veggies and steam it for 15 mins serve it with coconut chutney.
