1/4 tsp.Baking powder

Orange sweet potato Clean and cut sweet potato into small pieces and steam 15 mins mix with all ingredients below until become dough

Purple sweet potato Clean and cut sweet potato into small pieces and steam 15 mins mix with all ingredients below until become dough

Fried with vegetable oil starting with medium hight heat and turn to medium low heat add sweet potato balls and keep move balls for evening color until ball rise to the top use spatular press balls and move until cooked
