Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat any heavy pot by covering lid on stove top for 20 minutes. Place any wire rack or baking pan into your pot.

Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together. Set aside.

Combine the egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil and vanilla in another medium sized bowl.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Add the water to the batter and mix until well combined. Batter will be thin.

Fill your greased cupcake liners 1/3 full. And place in baking pan and put into pre-heated pot for 25-30 minutes.

After that check cupcakes with toothpick if it comes out clear that means your cupcakes are done.

Let them cool and decorate with your favorite frosting.

I used whipping cream frosting on my cupcakes.
