Soak the rice for 2 hrs

Peel the brown part of coconut and cut it into small pieces
- 3
Now grind the coconut in mixer jar. Take out two spoons of coconut in a bowl.

Keep the remaining coconut in jar.now add soaked rice and grind it well.

It should be very creamy and smooth not coarse.

Take out in a big bowl add water one and half cup and make a flowy batter.

Add salt and mix well.now pour ladle full of mixture on non-stick tawa and spread quicklyl

Cover it with lid for 2 min. Cook on medium flame. Remove the lid fold it and your Neer Dosa is ready.

Now the 2 spoon of coconut that we kept in bowl add 2 tbs jaggery Powder and mix well.
