When we go to any restaurant they serve us sirka wale pyaz. But these days we can not go to restaurants because of the pandemic. So we can make this at home. #flavour3

Peel the skin of onion. Using a knife make a cross mark on the top of the onions.

Take a glass jar put all the onions in it. Add sliced ginger and green chillies. Put one tbsp salt in it.

Heat a pan add 2 cup of water. Add one inch cinnamon and sliced beetroot. Boil it for 3-4 minutes or until beetroots are soft. Switch off the flame.

Cool it completely. Pour the mixture in onion jar. Add one cup vinegar in it. Close the lid and shake it well. After 1-2 days pickled onions will be ready to serve.
