Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grchicken
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspgaram masala 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoonsKashmir chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspchickpea flour
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbspcurry leaves, chopped
  • 1lemon, squeezed

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the chicken with all the above ingredients in a bowl and rest for one to two hour in the fridge.

  2. 2

    Later in a pan take oil to deep fry the chicken pakoda in a pan and fry them evenly on medium to high flame until golden brown colour.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with lemon squeezed onion
