Ingredients

1 person
  • 6Sliced bread
  • 2large eggs
  • 1/8 cupmilk
  • Adobo (or seasoning & salt)
  • Oregano
  • Scotch bonnet (grated)
  • Butter or oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, break the eggs and add all ingredients except butter.

    Add little butter in a non-stick pan and put on a medium heat

    Dip both sides of bread in the egg mixture and fry until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side.

    Serve hot with tea of choice.
