We will make sugar syrup. In a pan put 6 cup water and 3 cup sugar.

Let sugar melt then we will add cadamom powder to it and lemon juice to clean the syrup.

Then let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes we need a consistency like honey after that cover it and keep aside

Now for dough take khoya and add maida to it make a smooth dough.

Now we will make a smooth ball make sure ball should be smooth no cracks should be there otherwise our jamun will break during frying. You can fill Holland or ilachi inside.

Now heat the oil in a pan and make sure flame is medium oil Is hot but not more otherwise our jamun will remain uncooked inside

Now with a light hand keep stiring in a circular motion. Fry it till golden brown

After that add immediately to sugar syrup make sure syrup is not cold not too hot.

Then cover and keep it for half an hour. You also add dry fruits to decorate.
